Refund policy
At FORMED, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at customerservice@formedathletics.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
