FORMED ATHLETICS – Returns & Refunds 

We want you to love your FORMED gear. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our return process is simple and easy through our Return Portal.

Return Window

  • All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your FORMED account.

  2. Go to Orders → View Details → Start a Return.

  3. Follow the instructions in the Return Portal to:

    • Select the item(s) you want to return

    • Choose refund or exchange

    • Print your return shipping label

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund immediately.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
